**Responsibilities:**
– Establish work standards and procedures for housekeeping staff and ensure they adhere to it.
– Assign housekeeping tasks to employees and inspect their work to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
– Personally perform housekeeping duties in case of emergencies, urgencies, or staff shortages.
– Regularly take inventory of cleaning supplies and order stock as needed.
– Record and monitor data related to work assignments and prepare routine reports.
**Requirements:**
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. (Experience in malls is an advantage)
– Exceptional team management skills.
– Candidate should be computer literate.
– Must be willing to work various shifts as needed.
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**المسؤوليات:**
– تطوير معايير العمل والإجراءات لموظفي التنظيف وضمان التزامهم بها.
– تكليف مهام التنظيف للموظفين وتفقد العمل للتحقق من تحقيق معايير النظافة المحددة.
– أداء مهام التنظيف بنفسك في حالة الطوارئ أو الضرورة، و/أو نقص الموظفين.
– إجراء جرد دوري لمستلزمات التنظيف وتأمين الإمدادات عند الحاجة.
– تسجيل ومراقبة البيانات المتعلقة بمهام العمل وإعداد تقارير بشكل منتظم.
**المتطلبات:**
– خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنة كمشرفة تنظيف أو دور قيادي مماثل. (تجربة في المراكز التجارية تعتبر ميزة)
– مهارات إدارة الفريق المتميزة.
– يجب أن يكون المرشح ملمًا بأجهزة الكمبيوتر.
– يجب أن يكون على استعداد للعمل في مجموعة متنوعة من الورديات حسب الحاجة.
– مهارات تواصل اجتماعي ممتازة.
