  • Purpose: To deliver excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to inquiries, requests, sales, service campaigns, and complaints.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys across Sales, Service, Certified Pre-owned Vehicles, Parts, Fleet, Rent a Car, and HED.
  • Contact customers affected by vehicle recalls.
  • Create, follow up, and escalate requests, inquiries, and cases to relevant departments.
  • Document all critical information from customer interactions.
  • Update customer data in SAP CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed targets for:
    • Call Quality
    • Survey Completion Volume
  • Support the CRM Department in various activities as required by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of Call Center experience.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) – mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven track record in customer service excellence.
  • Professional handling of customer complaints and escalations.
  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet performance targets.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
