We are seeking Field Support Workers for a temporary assignment of 6 months to join an important project under a government ministry in Qatar.

Position Overview:
This role is ideal for motivated and physically capable individuals who are eager to contribute to the success of a government-led initiative. The Field Support Workers will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations, assisting with on-site activities, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs).
• Work Location: Doha, Qatar – field-based project environment.
• Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible.

Key Requirements:

1. Must hold a valid Qatari residence permit (Iqama).
2. Ability to swim confidently, as certain project activities may involve water-related tasks.
3. Age limit: Applicants must not exceed 45 years of age.
4. Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to follow safety instructions.
6. Team player with a cooperative attitude and willingness to support different departments as needed.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but an advantage):

• Prior experience in field support, logistics, or outdoor operations.
• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to operational changes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily assistance to the field operations team.
• Ensure safety compliance while performing assigned tasks.
• Support supervisors in managing project-related equipment and materials.
• Act as a reliable point of support in case of emergencies.
• Report issues promptly to team leaders and follow up on instructions.
