Job Purpose:
As a Device Supervisor, you will manage and execute installation, maintenance, repair, testing, configuration, and operation of a wide range of electronic devices and measurement equipment safely, following client procedures, accepted technical standards, and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and execute incoming work orders for repair/maintenance of fire alarm systems, BMS, ACS, CMS, equipment, and processes controlled by PLC, field measurement devices, AVS, SCADA systems, core networks, and other low-voltage equipment.

Job Purpose:

As a Mechanical Technician, you must have a strong focus on managing operational fixed facilities and have a track record of managing similar roles across mechanical and electrical property works. Responsible for maintaining and developing facilities in the assigned area; ensuring that repairs, planned preventative maintenance, planned improvements, and emergency repairs (as well as aspects of monitoring and assessment of major new construction or renovation projects) are arranged and delivered to an exceptionally high standard, within budget, and with legislative compliance monitoring.
