**Key Responsibilities:**
– Assist in developing strategies and plans to achieve pre-agreed volume and revenue/profit targets for the merchant acquiring business.
– Analyze available merchants in the market to identify and recommend potential targets with whom to cultivate business relationships.
– Monitor merchant transactions/volume and formulate appropriate merchant retention strategies.
– Provide quality service to merchants regarding the installation and maintenance of POS machines.
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the availability of POS machines.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with other related departments to achieve the Group’s goals/objectives.
**Education/Experience Requirements:**
– University graduate, preferably with a major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
– 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank, with familiarity with merchant acquiring business practices, including chargeback rules and regulations.

**الواجبات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
– المساعدة في تطوير استراتيجيات لتحقيق أهداف حجم وإيرادات الأعمال المتعلقة بقبول التجار.
– تحليل التجار المتاحين في السوق وتوصية الأهداف المحتملة لتطوير العلاقات معهم.
– متابعة حركة التجار وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاحتفاظ بالتجار لتقليل معدل التخلي.
– تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة للتجار بما يتعلق بتثبيت أجهزة نقاط البيع وصيانتها.
– العمل والتنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان توفير أجهزة نقاط البيع في الوقت المناسب.
**متطلبات التعليم والخبرة:**
– حاصل على درجة جامعية مع ميول تخصصية في التسويق أو البنوك أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو تكنولوجياالمعلومات.
– خبرة تتراوح بين 0-2 سنة في بنك دولي مرموق، مع معرفة بممارسات قبول التجار.
