Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Female Security Guard to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in security roles and must be locally available in Qatar with a valid NOC and QID. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of individuals and vehicles.
• Conduct regular security patrols and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors.
• Respond to emergencies, such as alarms, incidents, and medical situations.
• Write detailed reports on security-related incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and regulations.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
• Physical fitness and stamina for prolonged periods of standing and patrolling.

• الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ مثل الإنذارات والحوادث والحالات الطبية.
• كتابة تقارير مفصلة حول الأحداث ذات الصلة بالأمان.
• ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات ولوائح الأمان.
• مهارات قوية في المراقبة وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على البقاء هادئة ومحترفة في حالات الضغط العالي.
• لياقة بدنية وقدرة على الوقوف والدوران لفترات طويلة.
