**Job Description:**
An international franchised casual dining restaurant is looking for experienced and qualified candidates for the following positions:
**Waiter/Waitress – QAR 2,600 all inclusive**
– Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders.
– Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
– Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.
– Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
– Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food.
– Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables, and removing debris, and more.
**Kitchen helper – QAR 2,300 all inclusive**
– Take full ownership for the daily preparation and execution of food items in their station and provide an exceptional experience by efficiently and consistently producing the highest quality chicken and other menu items.
– Ensures quality by properly rotating perishable and non-perishable products.
– Helps maintain food cost by limiting kitchen waste and through the efficient use of all products.
– Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
– Prepares all food items consistently and as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
– Consistently follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
– Performs regular line checks.
– Follows recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently to ensure the best possible product is produced and executed.

– استقبال الضيوف وأخذ طلبات المشروبات والطعام.
– الانتباه إلى احتياجات الضيوف في منطقة تناول الطعام.
– تقديم الطعام من المطبخ للضيوف.
– التأكد من أن الطلب الغذائي تم تحضيره بشكل صحيح من قبل موظفي المطبخ وأنه يبدو جاهزًا للضيوف.
– اتباع معايير الصحة فيما يتعلق بمعالجة الطعام.
– أداء واجبات الوردية مثل تسليم أرفف الأكواب إلى محطة الخدمة، ولف الملاعق، وتنظيف الطاولات، ومسح الطاولات، وإزالة الفوضىوالمزيد.
**مساعد مطبخ – 2,300 ريال قطري شاملة للكل**
– تحمل مسؤولية كاملة لتحضير الطعام اليومي وتنفيذه في محطتهم وتقديم تجربة استثنائية من خلال إنتاج الدجاج وغيرها من العناصرفي القائمة بأعلى جودة وبشكل فعال ومنتظم.
– يضمن الجودة من خلال تدوير المنتجات القابلة للفساد وغير القابلة للفساد بشكل صحيح.
– يساعد في الحفاظ على تكلفة الطعام من خلال تقليل هدر المطبخ واستخدام المنتجات بكفاءة.
– يعد المحطة وفقًا لإرشادات المطعم.
– يعد جميع عناصر الطعام بانتظام ووفقًا للإرشادات في وقت صحي وبشكل صحيح.
– يتبع بانتظام الوصفات ومراقبات النسب ومواصفات العرض كما تم تحديدها من قبل المطعم.
– يقوم بفحص الخطوط بشكل منتظم.
– يتبع الوصفات والإجراءات ومعايير العرض بانتظام لضمان إنتاج وتنفيذ أفضل منتج ممكن.
