**About the Business Unit:**
Ooredoo’s Consumer business unit is a critical part of the company’s first line customer-facing activities for all consumer product offerings and has a significant role to play in long-term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. One of the main pillars of the Ooredoo Qatar’s strategy is Digital Transformation. The most important element of the Digital Transformation is “Transforming the Core”. This means making it easy for customers to find, buy and use our services online. The core focus of this unit is to help Ooredoo Qatar make it easy for the customer to find, buy and use our services online. This means helping them improve their Digital Marketing, Sales, and Care skills and execution.
**About the Role:**
This role is responsible for leading a broader omni-channel marketing and content strategy, partnering closely with the Communications, PR, Product, Device, IT, and Retail teams. This role will also be the leading responsible for the quality of traffic that converts into sales in digital channels and works closely with creative and campaign teams to ensure campaigns and content on digital channels provide the best representation of the brand.
**About You:**
– 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
– Experience in building consumer products for online channels.
– Adept in using CMS & SEO tools.
– Good understanding of the Agile Scrum development process.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Business Administration.

**عن الوظيفة:**
تتحمل هذه الوظيفة مسؤولية قيادة استراتيجية تسويقية متعددة القنوات واستراتيجية المحتوى بالتعاون الوثيق مع فرق الاتصالات والعلاقاتالعامة والمنتجات والأجهزة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والتجزئة. ستكون هذه الوظيفة أيضًا مسؤولة الرائدة لجودة حركة المرور التي تتحول إلىمبيعات على القنوات الرقمية وتعمل عن كثب مع فرق الإبداع والحملات لضمان أن الحملات والمحتوى على القنوات الرقمية يقدمان أفضلتمثيل للعلامة التجارية.
**متطلبات الوظيفة:**
– 10 سنوات من الخبرة في وظيفة مماثلة.
– خبرة في بناء منتجات استهلاكية للقنوات عبر الإنترنت.
– مهارات جيدة في استخدام أدوات إدارة المحتوى وتحسين محركات البحث (CMS & SEO).
– فهم جيد لعملية التطوير Agile Scrum.
**المؤهلات الدنيا:**
– درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال.
