“Company currently seeking a skilled Ad Manager specializing in Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This manager will be responsible for creating and managing advertising campaigns on both of these leading platforms, as well as optimizing and analyzing campaign performance to achieve the best results. However, their role will not be limited to that alone. They will leverage their expertise in social media to develop strategies for engaging with customers and enhancing brand awareness. Additionally, this position entails budget preparation and monitoring, coordination with other departments and partners, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including the ability to set up campaigns, target specific audiences, and measure ad performance metrics.

2. Experience in setting up and managing advertising budgets.

3. Strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and using data intelligently to make informed decisions about ad spending and audience targeting.

4. Experience in ad copywriting, graphic design, and creating compelling ad content.

5. A deep understanding of the latest industry trends and best practices in online advertising.

6. Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns as needed.

7. Excellent communication and project management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.

8. Experience in social media management and developing audience engagement strategies.

9. A strong grasp of SEO and SEM concepts and the ability to apply them in campaigns.

10. Knowledge of bid management tools and optimization techniques.
